Powermore recoil

Anyone know what the part number is for a Powermore 173cc recoil unit or maybe a trick to repairing the 3 tiny factory welds between the thin metal plates ? Thanks in advance for your help.
 
Back to not providing equipment numbers again...No point trying posters if they can't provide with these numbers. Personally I am not physic.

Especially when dealing with sheet metal.

This is the only numbers I can find on the entire push mower.
