Which Oil Filter ?

0736 or 0734 for FX801V ? I’ve got the 0736 on mine now and was told I had the wrong one. My grandson has theFR691V and according to Cub the FR691V uses the 0736 and mine uses the 0734. Just wondering if it made a difference.

The only difference is the shape. One is short and fat, the other is tall and skinny. Either will work on your 852cc block. It depends on if the tall one would interfere with something on the mower side. The skinny/tall fits all Kawasaki engines. The short/fat fits FR, FS, FT and FX only.
