It has now shucked totally off
Any suggestions
I can put it back on but can’t figure out how to “lock it back to the rim” as sidewalls don’t seem to want to strech far enough

I suggest you get the label information of the machine and look it up on Pats Tree to find a new wheel assembly. Once the tread portion is deformed and stretched, there is no magic to make it stay on.
