Most likely problem is Lean misfire due to old residual that stayed in the carburetor bowl. Carburetor needs to be properly cleaned or replaced. If they have never worked on carburetors in the past, this would not be a time to learn by trial and error.

A I is costing humans jobs as the rich rather not pay for humans to work for them to make things better for all of us, the ugly bags of mostly water....

I just dealt with an A I trying resolve a software setup problem and it manage to get things so screwed up that I cancel the three year contract with me only two weeks into it. It will be a huge lost of built up repair knowledge but that is just how the cookie crumbles. I am not going to beg for help when the help just keeps making things worst. I will never will deal with Bluehost again. Their support sucks to no end.
