For the past 2 days I have had reply delays and page cannot be loaded messages happening.

No duplicate replies as before, but there are glitches starting to happen.

This time it just be an Internet problem as I have been a lot slow page load on various sites.

We did have a bunch of IPs that took up a lot of connections all at once. But I'm working on getting it so it blocks that from happening before it reaches the overload stage.
