All the serevice agents I spoke to said that they were unable to do a weld repair on the deck - it was too far gone. You are right about the five different mower decks. But I am unsure as to which one I have. I could not find a label on the deck. Do you have a link for the $ 471 US + freight ?

I have a 40" Simplicity Broadmoor. Problem is the mower deck had rustyed through. Any ideas on where I can get a replacement? Or can I buy a 38" or 42" replacement deck which will fit the Tractor? Or is there anyone who can fabricate a replacement deck? I am in the UK Vince
