This mower moves really slow. The variable pulley moves up and down easy. I noticed that the bigger pulley next to it wobbles when spinning. Any clue why this would happen?

I noticed the box under the air filter is getting quite a bit of gas in it, is it normal to have gas in there? If not should I suspect the needle in carb is not seating right?

My sv735 runs then dies. Notice a lot of fuel in compartment under air filter. Is there supposed to be fuel in there?

My throttle cable is connected but not opening and closing the throttle plate. Throttle is always open, I can close it, but only by hand. The govenor is free, it moves the throttle plate when I push it by hand. Its not the cable it moves in out like it should.
