The cable on the right of my picture is the speed control and left off that is the clutch, I assume when I pull the lever it should engage the pulley onto the drive belt wheel but it dissent move, the speed control dose raise and lower the belt wheel.

I’ve tried the clutch Cable adjustment, it didn’t seem to do much tho when handle is pulled, it has a spring attached to it at the handle end also. I have taken the cable out and checked it moves freely, I’m thinking maybe it’s the part the clutch cable is connected to under the mower, perhaps...

Thanks for the reply, here’s some pictures, the black wheel dissent come into contact with the transmission wheel the belt is on, not sure how it should work and can’t find anything about this model
