Sadly that is very true.

I would not expect them to work for free . the problem is finding someone and I will have to wait now it won't start .Even if I could get it to a shop they Are 5 weeks out

Can someone tell me where the safety relay is located? I Thought it was on the console cover but I can not find it . I know it is probably under my nose but I have not found it through the sweat .

Yes that is my mower Lowe's could not tell me anyone to service. I had no way to transport the mower the dealers were less than helpful they said that was what I got for buying it at lowes . Now the warranty is over .
