I have a Brute self propelled push mower with a briggs Stratton 6.25 engine/ This is a new mower only used half a dozen times. Person hit a rock broke blade. replaced with new blade, and mower wont start. It turns hard when you turn blade manually. what do we look for to fix this.. crankshaft...
