Just to mention that if the battery is running low or the system is not charging fully the PTO will not stay engaged under load . You will still hear a click but without enough voltage it will not pull in..

It is funny that most of the time the shutting down of a small engine is that the fuel filter is the problem. Those generic cheap fuel filters that are clear and have the paper filter will not work properly when it is gravity fed from the tank. It will not enough fuel through to continue...

From the looks of the deck I would say that the damage is not from "Normal Use" and was caused by striking or contacting solid objects. I do not feel that any manufacturer representitive for any make would honor the Warranty because of the visible signs of previous damage to the deck.

2005 JOHN DEERE LT-180 I was wondering if this deck can be made into a "Mulching Deck". Was the factory mulching deck completely different than the standard deck ? Thanks for any help !
