Judging from the edging (rising) it looks like too much moisture is suffocating the roots.

One of many reasons that I will not buy new equipment. My Dixie Chopper is Almost 20 years old and is made 10 times stronger than the new crap! I maintain it and it has been good for me.

Hello I am Dick and I have had 2005 Dixie Chopper Silver Eagle LT 2000-50" for over 10 years now. It has been repowered with a Kohler 25hp and it is been great!

Power Mower sales has always had the parts needed for my 2005 50" Silver Eagle. I have looked at a lot of the newer stuff and most of it is "junk" when compared to my Dixie!
