So I was successful at getting the .5x100 belt to work. The Husqvarna belt that was listed as a replacement was definitely longer.

So I’m at my daughters for Easter and her lawn mower was not working. After she put it away last fall she changed the mower deck belt, when I tried to start it wouldn’t turn over. Now to cut to the quick, the problem was the deck belt was too small putting too much pressure on the pulley...

I have an older Husqvarna model W4814A walk behind that does a fantastic job of cutting; however, second gear does not work properly. First gear runs fine, but second gear jerks like it is missing a gear tooth or something. Reverse doesn't work either. I would like to correct these problems...
