Gas cap vent plugged?

Hi, I have the same engine and always wouldn't start if warm. Adjusting the valves fixed it, starts hot or cold now. It did this from factory with less than 20 hours. Good luck!

Hi, My Kohler KT725 would never start after getting hot. Valve adjustment cured it for good.

Thank you very much! Yes I think the oil was diluted since it smoked badly when a started it the second time. I will change the oil before putting the new carb on. Thanks again for the quick reply!
