Guys I have a 23hp Kawasaki FR691V on a Cub Cadet 50" RZT. The starter runs the drive engages but will not spin the engine over. There's a rubber disk ( I believe the parts list calls it a seal) that actuality seems to turn the starter gear. I can remove the starter drive clean the rubber disk...

New here but an old guy. mostly just keep up my own place of about three acres with half of that rough and hilly. I use a Cub Cadet RZT 50 with a 23hp Kawasaki FR691V. so far the mower has served me well. But I do have some minor problems I do need advice with, which I'll post in the repair...
