I just rebuilt this Lawn Boy 10202 from the ground up. It runs but overheats like it's running lean. I tightened everything up. I think this is suppose to use 32:1 but I got the 40:1 ethanol free premix. With the throttle fully open it has a brrrr sound. Do I need to adjust the governor or the...
