I have a simplicity zt 3000 that internal gas tank fuel line is bad. First how do I remove sleeve from gas tank? Second, I fixed the fuel line and battery was low, charged it and now mower does not turn over. It makes a clicking noise from engine rear only. I have not tested solenoid or tried...
