Ok, I have the seal "seated", now I am looking at the shaft itself "internal" where the e-clips are attached...does the shaft sit on that place-holder with a bushing or does it sit in there with no bushing?

I have that manual...but they are not specific on the bushings...it just says install lower e-clip
