It's weird too that it will move actually in reverse but not in forward thanks for the help not much of a mower guy never worked on one

I found a spring under the battery box about the size of the spring that is under your seat I'm not sure where that goes if that's the problem I'll have a good look and check the shifter and such

Ok so I have a mower a troy bilt ltx 2146 not positive on the year 13at609h063 is the serial number i believe so I got it from my father in law it has like 40 hours he got a z turn so he gifted to me so I mowed half my yard went to turn around and bam it only will go reverse will not go forward...
