i read somewhere, the 217 homeowner series filter can be upgrade by using commercial series? where can I buy these filters? also is it even necessary to upgrade these for longer lasting engine/parts?

between the 2, is the hydro tranny better/reliable than vka belt drive? for 3-4 degree hill which is better? my previous toro belt system seem slipping during load(uphill)
