I have a 2003 or something like that 30 inch rear mower. Always worked fine but this year wont start. charged b attery, checked fuse under seat. Is it the starter, or ignition. Selenoid was changed out 4 years ago as a precaution. doesnt crank or anything. Any suggestions?
