How many gallons do you actually go through? I usually burn about 5 gallons per mowing cycle. That is an extra $5. Certainly worth it for the lack of aggravation I have experienced in the past. The two stroke stuff preforms much better on gasoline as well.
I watched three videos this guy did on balancing using an oscilloscope. I'm definitely going to try this one and maybe work my way up to a wheel balancer for my motorcycles.

On the last set of mulching blades I bought the hole was not centered and the blades would have hit. Also way off balance. A few minutes on the grinder remedied the problem
Check your battery voltage at the starter while engaging the starter. the voltage should stay in the 10 volt range at the lowest. If not you need a battery. Or do some load testing on the "new" solenoid. My daughter's mower was down most of the summer because of a bad new solenoid. If it all...
I found a tool for cleaning terminals. It may be pricey at over $25 dollars for the average person's needs but if you work on multiple machines or any vehicle it's great. A piloted bonding brush. A couple seconds using it chucked in a drill you have clean metal. Both the terminal and also a...
If its down to half its size due to corrosion that's a big difference. Using PI 3.14 half the diameter is far less than half. Cut he cable and re-crimp back to where the cable has no corrosion. Or replace it. It will make a difference. for minor oxidation use some "Deoxit" and a brush it comes...
Batteries are not what they used to be that's for sure. Get a battery maintainer with a de-sulphating function. Also Amazon sells a de-sulphater that you can connect to your battery. A few people feel they don't work because they work slowly. Everyone wants results. A person I mow for pulled...
I uses this one. It seems to be accurate. You need access to a rotating part to affix a piece of tape or paint stripe to. It also works on anything rotating, like a lathe or ventilation fan...
They work the best when the outside circumference chain is down the sidewalls away from the treat. So the circumference is too small to go over the tread. If the chains were sized for a narrower tire they won't be able to do that.
It can damage diesels with their higher compression if you use too much. The thing it will do is wash down the cylinder walls if you use a lot of regularly. A lawn mowing job I do the owner has a Husqvarna mower in the shed he would like me to use once in a while. It is fairly new and he said...
When I first bought my Ferris I had trouble removing the blades even with a 1/2 air wrench. Since then I picked up a really long breaker bar on sale cheap at Harbor Freight.
