I found a part, or should I say a great lawnmower shop near me who was up to the challenge found the part. It come in towards the end of this week. I’ll let you know who and what makes the part.

The shaft of the spindle looks straight it’s just the housing around the spindle that is broken. I’m thinking of taking it to a machine shop to see what they could do. Worth a shot before I trash the whole mower.

The years go by and my center spindle is broken on my Quick 36. I have a 2008 model with grease fittings on the spindles. Did you ever get any responses from your spindle question.

this spindle is 6” long. Has two pulleys for belts. Top pulley is a deeper “V” than the lower pulley. Each pulley is the same diameter at 4 15/16” across. Thanks

My Better Outdoor Products Quick36 needs a new center spindle. They have been out of business for 10-yrs but it’s a great, strong mower otherwise and I’d hate to junk it. Sad in tallgrassville looking for an “obsolete” part.
