I have a 36inch Toro commercial walk behind mod 30894 set up for mulching. What must be done to convert it to a mower that throws the clippings out. I know it's more that just removing the side plate. Thanks.

I've got to get to the electricals but cannot remove the steering wheel so that I can remove the dash. Parts diagrams show a pin which I have removed, and a bolt down the center of the wheel, which I cannot see. All I see down the center hole in the steering wheel is the top of what looks like...
