My problem is with Possums. They easy to catch in a live trap. Just put a few grains
of my cats dry cat food on a small piece of plywood and they fall for it every time. I move
them down to the closest creek about 5 miles away
No! My 2019 Husq 42" cut has been virtually trouble free so far and I hope that continues on>>>>>
Here in Louisiana I mowed my lowest part of our yard today and got stuck about 3 times and had to manhandle it out of its rut. That's not good for my old bod. The grass was getting so high I thought...
I've got a bunch of different kind of trees on my place and some completely shed
their leaves at different times in the fall/winter season. I do mine late in order
to cover all the leaves in one complete grinding. In fact one part of my yard further
away from the house, I burn those leaves...
Only air rifle I got is a Daisy Model #96. I'd come more closer getting it by beating
him over the head with the stock than shooting ;)
On the other hand the sun is out but everything is still too wet to chomp up leaves
Yelp! I don't know how you guys up north take all the cold weather and snow. Down south it's mild
compared to Ohio, but still I'm freezing! Guess I'll blame it on old age. I look forward to warm days
on my ol Husq blasting a path through the grass>>>>>>>>🚜
Yelp, got the same thing in Northwest Louisiana. We got a couple of 70ish days coming up this next week with low chance of rain---think this starts my plan of attack🥷
That green grass is starting to poke through the leaves. Just this morning had three deers munching on the green grass. I'm chomping at the bits wanting to fire up that mower and grind some leaves but the weather hasn't been cooperating. Had enough of this winter cold, come on Spring!!!!!🚜
I thought I had mowed my last time of the very dry mowing season but it started raining again
so I had to get mowing again. Now that it's December, I think I can now safely put it away:>)
I'm in North West Louisiana USA about 80 miles south of Shreveport. Most people when they hear Louisiana they think Cajuns, swamps and Alligators but in North Louisiana it's red clay hills, Pine Forest, creeks and Red Necks:>)
I don't ever keep up with hours of operation. I just change the oil...
Oh OK! Guess I didn't realize the seasons were that far offset. Well have a happy mowing
season! I'm getting ready to run all the gas out of the carb and set it up til next year.
Good to meet some one from Australia, welcome to the forum!
