recent mowing a strange clattering noise, however seemed to have power. shut engine off and when I restarted the engine it backfired thru the exhaust breaking the seam in the muffler. and whenever the engine is restarted when it is hot it backfires. clattering has not gone away...

Recent mowing a strange clattering noise. seemed to run well. Shut engine offf and when i restarted the engine it backfired thru the exhaust breaking a seam in the muffler. ???
