Whatever size it is the blade is 20”. And it appears to be a cast deck. There’s close to a 0.25” space on the sidewall where the mulching plate is. The opposite side there’s about an o.125” space. When we turn the blades they don’t scrape, only when it is shutting down, weird.

The blade is striking on the cast iron housing exactly on the opposite side from the mulcher.

Toro recycle 22” self propelled mower. Sharpened the blade, it’s balanced. First time using after replacing the blade it struck the side of the deck opposite the mulching guard. Replaced the blade with brand new one, does the same thing. I can see the cut mark in the sidewall. It only hits when...
