Nevermind it's a pto clutch. Figured myself out. And I found the spring. So I don't need help.

So I'm rebuilding an engine and viola! A spring is missing from the front armature triangular have no idea what it does thingy. It's an external armature and I don't see it in service manuals, could be for the snow blower. Anyone have a clue on a part number?

And that's what I think too. But finding a manual on it is proving difficult

Wondering if anyone can help. The snapper LT16 is now running and transmission runs and engine runs good. I have 2 parts given to me with it and I have no clue where they go. I looked at the service manual and parts manual and every spring I see seems to be there. I doubt its extra. Let me know...

If anyone else is curious as to where the other spring attaches. Here is a diagram I found. It's exactly where I assumed it went but this verifies it

Thank you! I was wondering what the optional holes did as well! Do you by chance have a diagram for the other spring? It's attached but unsure if it's correct.

Got my hands on a snapper Lt16, twin opposed 16hp (402437-0696-01). I have a governor spring here and a few others I found not attached. I am sure it's 209A on the schematic but the schematic doesn't show where it attaches on the under side of the carb itself. Any help would be appreciated.
