After 30+ years in Local Government where I held positions as Arboricultural Officer, Landscape Designer and Parks Manager for the City of Exeter, England. I left England with my family to undertake landscape design in Lithuania; this also allowed my daughters to attend specialist music colleges which alas were not available in our part of England.
