I see a hole on one side where the grass comes out when cutting i dont see one on the left side. This is a older 2014 it has no wheels on it at all when I got it a few yrs ago.

So my idler arm when blade lever is up which blades are disengaged my idler arm with pulley just lays on the deck. I can take hand on the back of arm and press down and the pulley and arm will raise up a few inches then release and clock the pulley is back laying on the deck. Not sure but...

Does that help with the pulley leaning down when not engaged it just lays on the deck until its engaged then it raises up a little. I think its going to be alot better since I have a little tighter belt now. So do order those parts its brake pads for pulley for a 42 inch troy bilt ?
