My Honda HHR216 has a roto stop that doesn't seem to be working.
The blade is always engaged.
I've adjusted the safety cable and its fine.
Would a worn "disk driven" result in the blade turning all of the time?
Also, would anyone know the part number for the woodruff key for the blade shaft...
