Thanks, I found the friction ring on Amazon from mtd, from the measurements I took it looks like it should fit and it is about 8 dollars cheaper and buying it from Ariens. It should be coming in soon and I’ll see if it works!

Hi everyone, I recently picked up a Ariens lawnmower that was not running. Once I got it running I found out the self propel didn’t work! It just barely tugs the mower but that’s it. The belt looks fine but the friction wheel looks like its missing the friction ring? I’ve seen some mowers not...
