Hey everyone just a question about why a Lawn Boy Commercial 8461 from 1987 is non compliant?

New to the site... My All original 1965 5233 Lawn-Boy I got last year... Looking for a recoil spring for it. Anyone know how to find one?

Purchase new in 1981 by my father @ TARGET... Still running like a champ

I have a 1965 Lawn Boy 5233 with a busted recoil spring... Any ideas on how I repair or replace the spring?
