Hello I have HRB215B SXC MZBA 6015244 It mows ok for 2 or 3 feet, then stops mowing although blades are still turning Clutch cable was replaced last year. The belt is not loose and the mower propels okay. I am guessing that the clutch itself may be slipping. Is there anyway of testing this...

Hello There's oil dripping underneath. I removed the blades and its not the crankshaft bottom oil seal. The Honda service guy says its the oil seal at the top of crankshaft. This will leak from too much pressure caused by putting too much oil in. I could not see or feel any oil in the area...
