I got it. It was the spot inside the handle that was in the wrong spot

There in lies the problem. Even with the screw taken all the way out, it doesn't let it rest on the idle adjustment screw. Screwed all the way clockwise is wide open throttle.

Hey all, I have a Stihl FS 46 trimmer and am have an issue with the throttle. No matter what adjustment is made, the linkage won't let the throttle rest on the screw that adjusts idle. It is holding the throttle part way open. Has anyone seen this on these models? Doesn't seem like replacing...
