My mower is a Toro 12 38 hxl and my Hydro Gear Transaxle acts as if the neutral lever is activated. All the pullies are hooked up, and the neutral lever is off, supposedly allowing the wheels to turn when the forward petal is pushed, but its not. Im wondering if anyone has opened this mechanism...
