Are the Pro Turn 100 series worth the additional $3,000.00 above the ZT HD units?

I'm new to the forum and new to a ZTR mower. I just purchased a new 2015 Gravely ZT HD 48, Kohler 7000 serie pro engine. How many hours till first oil change and how many hours until switching to synthetic oil? Thank You!
