Carburetor leaking into cylinder and replaced needle and float and it still leaking, is there a seat that can be replaced the rebuild kit never came with one.

Yes adjusted the valves and no different still locking up

Have a la115 with Briggs & Stratton 31P6770144B1 engine will not start does turn over but has a hard time turning over but when spark plug out it turns over good when plug is in not so good has brand new battery and has spark is there a internal combustion problem need help!

Internal problems when i take spark plug out it turns over so what causes that

The mower just died when mowing get nothing but a click out of the solenoid took starter out bench check it and worked checked all safety switches and are good it has a electric clutch any suggestions

Found the problem the coil and flywheel were extremely rusty so cleaned them off and now we have spark.
