Took engine apart, camshaft, piston rod and governor trashed.

Engine has been maintained but recently locked up. Any suggestions?

Engine will start and run at max revolutions for 2 minutes then idle back down to normal.

yes, plug is oily and carb was purchased from Parts Tree. After replacing carb, head gasket, resetting valve clearances, oil change, fresh non ethanol gas. No change.

Will start after 5 seconds blows white smoke for about 3 minutes fouls plug and dies. Have replaced carb and head gasket same problem.
