I am rebuilding an old NOMA riding mower (B4518-111), code 90031912. It has a Peerless Transaxle model 801-056, and it has a problem it. While the left axle turns properly, the right axle does not turn. I have had the transaxle open, but cannot determine the cause. Does anyone have some ideas?
