I bought a 72" Rogue about 2 months ago. So far i have about 17 hours on the engine. After breaking a drive belt early on i realized i needed to check the belt tension each time before i mow. Every time i check the deck belt the tension is off. I've adjusted it to the point i have no threads...

Has anyone installed an electric lift on a 72" deck Rogue? It's all i can do to lift the deck and my wife doesn't have a chance. I'm just wondering how reliable the lift is.

I noticed there is a tab by the pully on the right pump that was clean like the belt had been hitting it so that may be the culprit. I believe the tab was welded on though so i wouldn't be able to adjust it.

I'm taking the belt back to the dealer tonight so they can see it isn't a defect in the belt. Thank you for your feedback.

The drive belt on my 2025 Rogue broke after only 7 hours. you can see a pattern of nicks around the belt in the pictures. I don't feel any burrs on the pulleys, any ideas what might cause this?
