Tried and nothing. with the two swapped it will not energize starter even if it touches that spring wire. I have noticed that when I removed shortening pin in the seat safety connector then will not even crank if the gear is touching spring switch in the reverse. So definitely somehow it is not...

I totally believe that's the issue since the small metal switch once shortened to ground closes circuit. But I did check the two ground green wires for continuity and they both good. I have found schema for this tractor and can upload it here if you not mind to look at it to see which one is...

I can see part but thats not helps me to understand issue with the wiring. Seems that cranking works when the gear is in reverse so the spring switch completes somehow circuit. The wire that goes in is yellow/black strip. I have check it for continuity and that seems to be fine.
