The flywheel won’t move and the starter gear is up in the teeth of the flywheel. Spark plugs are out no gas came out.

hello my 8 yr old pro turn52 with 500 hours wont start it does click but when i hold key on start it starts smoking (somewhere around starter) this all began when i deduced it was running on one cylinder i changed plugs then fuel filter air filter... none of this helped so i relaced both coils...
