The Self-propelled Drive Disk turns fine but the belt from the Transmission to the wheel slips. The Briggs Engine is 4HP as noted in title. The throttle cable rubbed on the Engine shroud and wore the stamped numbers off. I am guessing Mower from the early 80's. But with no Model numbers, not...
