PTO clutch will engage for 10 to 15 seconds and then it kicks out. Checked the voltage at the clutch and it has 12 volts. If I disconnect the wires at the clutch the voltage is 12 volts and will stay on continuously. As soon as you put a draw on the circuit it will kick out in approx. 10...
