    22 Hp Briggs won’t start

Key has sheared just a tad which is more than likely throwing the timing off. I’m not seeing any thread holes in the flywheel to attach a puller so I can remove the flywheel and replace the key. Is there some special way to pull the flywheel? John

    Broken headbolt

Replaced head gasket on my 21hp Briggs. Everything was going fine until the headbolt at the eight o’clock position snapped at the thread level. I’ve managed to drill an off center hole but the Easy Out isn’t doing its job. Any suggestions? Can I put an insert in the block? Thanks John

    Briggs 21 hp won’t start

My Briggs 21hp, Model 331877; type 2371-G1 was running at a fast idle, starting running rough, started blowing dark oil like exhaust and quit running. Now it won’t start. Did I bend a pushrod? Thanks, John
