Finally found it, crank gear timing mark on GXV120 off of a HR214 mower. It was impossible for me to see without magnification on a clear pic. It's at the very base of the tooth.

This came off of a Husq mower with Honda GCV160 manual choke engine. I can't seem to figure out where this spring goes on the control arm of the choke mechanism.
