The tensioner pin that fits into the bar on my MS290 has disappeared. How do I replace the tensioner assembly? Thanks.

They sell 'em at Tractor Supply, and I was dumb enough to buy one, I figure some other folks might want to discuss them, too.

I have a Huskee (MTD) 54" riding mower with HSD and electric PTO. I need to replace the 2 drive belts, and cannot get the PTO off. It appears to be seized to the crankshaft. I have tried PB Blaster and a propane torch, but no joy. I can't beat on it too much, as I don't want to damage the crank...
