Does anyoe have any schematics, etc. on a rear discharge deck? I'm about to attempt to replace the rear, center spindle (discharge blade). Just wondering if anyone has any pointers...

I recently bought a 2013 Grasshopper 223. Whenever I release the steering, they return somewhat, but very slowly. Could it be bad dampers or pumps? Also, since they don't return to the same neutral position everytime, I might crank it and it'll start moving with the arms out.
