I've got the right steering lever that doesn't want to return to neutral position when you let go of it. The left will return but it's slow. I've looked for the grease qirks that were mentioned in earlier poast but I've not found them. Any other suggestions. The manual doesn't go into details...

I.m looking at a 1995 GH 721D with a 72 inch deck. It has 1248hrs and is in decent shape as far as I can tell. $2800 is what they are asking. What should I be concerned about most? Do the electric pto have issues, is the 72 inch deck to big for the 21hp?
